1. Prices and Shipping Costs
Please contact me to receive a quote with the price of the artwork and available shipping options to your destination. Depending on your country’s import policies, you may be responsible for import taxes.
2. Shipping Method
By default, paintings are shipped mounted on a frame.
If you prefer, I can also send the canvas rolled up upon request. Please be aware that choosing this option carries some risks. I cannot be held responsible for any cracks in the paint that may occur during transportation. Additionally, if you select the rolled-up option, you will be responsible for re-stretching the canvas and mounting it on a frame yourself.
Please consider these factors when making your shipping selection.
3. Returns, Exchanges, and Damages
I am confident that you will love your new artwork. However, if you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, I offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in the original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact me with “Return Request” in the subject line.
4. Signature and Certificate of Authenticity
All original artworks and limited edition prints (not regular prints) are signed either on the front or the back. A certificate of authenticity is available upon request at no extra cost.
